Why We Still Love Weston (And What’s Happening This March)
If you’ve driven down Royal Palm lately, you’ve probably noticed the jasmine starting to bloom. It’s that sweet spot in March where the Florida heat hasn’t quite turned into a full “sauna” yet, and honestly, it’s one of the best times to be a Westonite.
We wanted to put together a quick “neighborhood cheat sheet” for everyone living in Savanna, The Ridges, Weston Hills, and everywhere in between. Here’s what’s on our radar this month:
1. The “Big” Events (Don’t Miss These)
There’s a lot going on, but if you only pick two, make it these:
Symphony in the Park (March 28):
This is one of our favorite annual traditions—and it actually falls on Denise’s birthday this year, so it feels like the perfect excuse to celebrate Weston-style.
Grab a blanket, a bottle of wine, and head to the Regional Park stage around 6:00 PM to get a good spot. It’s the South Florida Symphony, it’s free, and it’s arguably one of the most enjoyable nights you’ll have all year.
If you see us there, come say hello—we’ll happily toast to another great year in Weston.
The Royal Egg Hunt (April 4):
If you have kids under 10, you know the drill. It starts at 10:00 AM sharp at Regional Park, but for your own sanity, try to get there by 9:15. The parking lot fills up faster than a Starbucks line on a Monday morning.
2. A Quick “Heads Up” for the Commute

We all know the struggle of Indian Trace during school drop-off. But heads up—the city has really started cracking down on the e-bike and e-scooter chaos lately.
If your kids are riding to school in Windmill Ranch or Botaniko, just a friendly reminder to make sure they’re wearing helmets. The new 2026 safety campaign isn’t just for show—they’re actually handing out warnings (and sometimes fines).
3. Cool Tech at Vista Park
We’re pretty excited about the MuscoVision upgrade at Vista Park. If you’re a soccer parent or baseball parent like many of us, you can now stream the games live. It’s perfect if you’re stuck at the office or if the grandparents want to watch the kids play from out of state.
To sign up, visit MuscoVision.com or scan the QR code below.

4. Real Estate & Life in the 33326
We get asked a lot if Weston is still the place to be in 2026. With the Cleveland Clinic expansion and our schools continuing to earn those A ratings, the answer is still a big yes.
Whether someone is looking at a townhome in Emerald Estates or a custom home in The Enclave, the community feel here is hard to beat anywhere else in Broward.
What are we missing?
If there’s a local hidden gem or a new spot in Weston Town Center we should try, let us know. We’re always looking for a new favorite coffee or lunch spot.
See you around Weston,
Joel & Denise
